I enjoy working with Taylor because of his ability to challenge me to dig deeper and think more broadly. He brings together a variety of models and frameworks that help me not just understand but also navigate the challenges I face. I really appreciate how he encourages me to explore areas of my life and career I might otherwise overlook, yet these often turn out to be some of the most impactful.
